Terms of use
Last updated: 17 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Kāla and Ask Kāla (the "Service"), operated by Rudraneel Das (sole proprietor, trading as Kāla) ("we"). By using the Service you agree to them.
What the Service is
Ask Kāla researches public sources and gives estimates, probabilities and analysis about future events. Answers are generated automatically by AI models and may be wrong, incomplete or out of date. They are information only: not financial, investment, medical, legal, tax or betting advice, and not a recommendation to buy, sell or wager on anything. Make your own decisions and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.
Accounts and credits
You need an account to use credits. Keep your sign-in email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Credits are a prepaid right to use the Service, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or exchanged except as described in our Refund policy. Pro credits are granted for 30 days from purchase.
Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to break the law, to harm, track or harass any person, to facilitate betting or gambling, to manipulate markets, or to overload, scrape or reverse-engineer it. We may limit, suspend or close accounts that misuse it.
Payments
Prices are shown in Indian rupees. Payments are processed by Razorpay; their terms also apply to the payment. We may change prices for future purchases with notice on the pricing page.
Intellectual property
You may use and share the answers you receive. Sources remain the property of their owners. The Service, its design and software belong to us.
Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions made using its answers or for indirect losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at Kolkata having jurisdiction.
